What does it take to move from a small project-based production company to a business corporation?

The seminar focuses on the transition to advanced business models, such as working with investors and with a super-national business strategy. Both the organizational and the personal requirements necessary for doing so will be discussed.

• Which are the lessons to learn, mistakes and defeats new entrepreneurs can learn from?
