Your challenges and tasks
- You develop and execute a clear vision for our B2B products and bring them to the next level
- You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, the team, the company, and the partners
- You inspire and empower creativity in your team and across the organization
- You are a strong stakeholder and ambassador for B2B products in the organization and make sure we all work on the same goals
- You drive new topics in our Partner backends as well as the tooling for our Sales department (e.g. SalesForce) in an Agile manner
- In addition, you conduct data-driven feature development that favors a customer-centric approach
You offer
- Extensive experience in a role as a product owner and the lateral leadership of scrum-teams, passion for B2B products is a plus
- You are a talented and passionate communicator and can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Ability to create a trustful work environment, give orientation and empower people
- Finally, you have good English language skills (our company language is English) – German language skills are a plus
