YOUR TASKS
- You will lead in close cooperation with the management the discovery for a new product for a specific part of our target group to identify and ensure a scalable product-market-fit
- You will work closely with UX and customers to run lean tests in order to validate solutions
- You will lead a dedicated crossfunctional team of engineers, UX and other functions as required in order to implement an MVP version and subsequently iterate to maximise customer and business value
- You analyse data and user behaviour and make sure that the right KPIs and metrics are defined and measured
- You communicate in a clear way the requirements and acceptance criteria and present progress and results within the product team and the whole company
- You will discuss ideas, experience and learnings with peers inside our European group
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in the field of product management
- You live and promote lean ways of product development, know concepts like MVP, UX test, A/B tests, conversion rates and NPS by heart and employ them in your daily work
- You have a background in tech-startups and in business responsibility of product management
- You are familiar with the common tools in product management (jira, wireframing and/or prototyping-tools, office suite), familiarity with google analytics is beneficial
- You thrive to push things forward and show a hands-on mindset in everything you do
- A solid technical mindset and/or developing experience is not required but considered a big plus
- Fluent German and English skills are a must
