Your mission at Visual Meta? As „Working student IT User support (m/f/d)” you will be your colleagues first point of contact for all IT related questions. Your IT support services enables our colleagues to work to the best of their abilities.

Your challenge:

  • You are the 1st level contact for all IT requests
  • You support your colleges with all IT related questions
  • You support the on- and offboarding of employees
  • You are in charge of IT procurement and license management
  • You take care of stock and inventory
  • You administer the in-house and cloud based software

Your offer:

  • You are enrolled in a University and study in a relevant field
  • You have an experience with Microsoft Active Directory and know the surrounding concepts
  • You have a good understanding of networking and networking related concepts
  • You have one experience as first and preferably second level user support
  • You have a passion to help people with IT-related problems
  • You have very good communication skills in both, spoken and written, English
  • You like working in an international team
