To secure the future of the media location, the implementation of the tax incentive models demanded by the film industry from the federal government is a crucial factor. The State Secretary pledged substantial support from the State of Brandenburg in this regard. Furthermore, concrete discussions with Daniel Keller, Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Climate Protection of the State of Brandenburg, and Friederike Haase, State Secretary in the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Climate Protection of the State of Brandenburg, on how to improve location marketing for the media region are conceivable in the near future. Ernst Bürger also assured attendees that innovation and economic development programs would continue and respond to current needs from the business community. The State Secretary emphasized that digitalization is part of the necessary reduction of bureaucracy. The goal must be to make bureaucracy less noticeable for people. With the available digital budget, it is important to implement effective measures rather than small-scale ones.
