Regarding the motto “RESILIENCE READY!”:
Today's society and working world are subject to constant change and ongoing transformation. Uncertainty is omnipresent – whether due to multiple crises in politics and the economy, or persistent global wars and conflicts. Demographic change, increasing digitalization, and the ongoing paradigm shift regarding artificial intelligence also have a significant impact on employers and employees.
The changing conditions in the labor market and the economy also present opportunities for innovation, growth and sustainable success; however, dealing with change is not equally easy for all people and institutions.
Hybrid working arrangements, economic fluctuations or global crises: For companies, resilience means the ability to remain efficient and adaptable in order to be prepared for the future together with their employees, while protecting the physical and mental health of employees.
