With up to 10 representatives from Berlin-based games companies, medianet GAMES International will travel to Japan in September – and you can be part of it!
From September 14 to 18, we will visit Tokyo, the capital of one of the world’s most important games nations, to build connections and foster international collaboration.
On September 17 and 18, our delegation will attend the Tokyo Game Show Business Days. Access to the event is included for delegation participants.
In addition, we are planning an on-site program from September 14 to 16, as well as several joint activities with another German delegation that will be in Tokyo during the same period.
To apply, please complete this form by April 7, 2026. Selection and confirmation will take place after the deadline by medianet, so submitting an application does not guarantee participation.
Travel and accommodation costs will not be covered by medianet. We recommend arriving over the weekend, on September 12 or 13.
