“Too feminine, too masculine in my leadership style?” is the topic that Sophie Vo will talk about and discuss at our Female Executive Breakfast 2025, adressing female executives from the games industry. In this talk, the leadership coach will debunk prejudice and misconceptions we have about expectations of women in leadership roles.
How to lead being fully ourselves without feeling we are “too much” for our workplace? Or have we adopted the mask so well that we no longer know who we are behind this mask? We perform instead of living. The talk will be followed by small group workshops to reflect on the themes tackled, as a great opportunity for the participants to connect in a meaningful way.
Next to Sophie Vo, there will also be a French representative of the branch giving input. After the talks and workshops, there will be brunch and networking. Participation only upon invitation.
