For months now we have been working on planning and executing the beacon project supported by Berlin’s Senate Chancellery and included in the coalition agreement – House of Games Berlin. On June 10th, we will finally be able to announce which building will in the future provide the spaces for this ambitious project.

At our yard festival, the location will be presented to the public for the very first time. Representatives from the industries of games and creative technologies will come together, and they will be joined by politicians. All guests will get the chance to go on guided tours through the building as well as connect with each other and network.

Mayor and Senator on site

We are thrilled to announce that Berlin’s Governing Mayor Kai Wegner will join us as well as the Senator for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises, Franziska Giffey. Both of them will address the audience in a short speech. They will be followed by members of the project’s steering committee.

Schedule:

The entry starts at 10.30 a.m, at 11 a.m. the opening speeches will start. Afterwards their will be organized tours from 12 p.m., and from 1 p.m. there will be catering and the opportunity for networking. The event will be concluded at 2.30 p.m.

Location:

Since the day of the event will be the day of the announcement of the House of Games Berlin location and the yard festival will take place in the yard of the building, we will only announce the location to registered guests in the morning of the event day, so on 10th of June. We kindly ask all participants to look through their e-mails in the morning of said day.
