Out of a pool of 544 participants representing 54 countries, the #UXDA23-jury had tapped 158 projects to compete in this global competition, celebrating excellence in user experience.

Among the nominees, 99 entries are in the running for the professional “Product” and “Concept” Awards. The competition is fierce, with participants ranging from up-and-coming start-ups to industry giants like Samsung, Philips, NEFF, and Continental. Renowned consultancies and agencies such as EY, Knowit, Valtech, Edenspiekermann, and Experience One have also brought their expertise to the mix. Prepare to be inspired by the breadth and depth of innovative solutions across various sectors.

The “New Talent” category nominees include entries from some of the world’s most renowned educational institutions. Hongik University, HTW Berlin, Politecnico di Milano, Royal College of Art, Umeå Institute of Design, Tongji University, Carnegie Mellon, and ArtCenter College of Design are among the schools that have contributed exceptional projects that showcase the skills and creativity of emerging designers.

The UX Design Awards are the global competition for excellent experiences by International Design Center Berlin (IDZ). The list of former winners reads like a who is who of the industry. Companies, agencies, professionals, and young designers worldwide are invited to participate in three competition categories: “Product” and “Concept” for the professional sector and “New Talent” for young designers. A jury of renowned experts nominates outstanding projects to compete in the UX Design Awards and selects the winners.
