Your mission

1. Live Product Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive live product/publishing strategy that aligns with the overall game roadmap.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Execute those strategies with your own power and the help of your colleagues in Community Managment, Marketing and Art & Design.

2. Feature Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute live features, events, and updates.
  • Ensure that live content aligns with player preferences and enhances the overall player experience.

3. Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor player behavior, engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the live gaming experience.

4. Monetization and Revenue Optimization:

  • Work closely with monetization teams to implement effective in-game events, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Optimize revenue streams while maintaining a positive player experience.
  • Execute sales activites, plan and monitor revenues

5. Community Engagement:

  • Foster a strong relationship with the gaming community through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Gather feedback, respond to player concerns, and collaborate with community managers to build a vibrant and supportive player community.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and stability of live features and updates.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of product reliability.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and development, to ensure seamless integration of live features and updates.

 

Your profile

  • Proven experience in product management within the gaming industry, particularly in live services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with various gaming platforms and industry-standard tools.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in fiels Marketing, Product or Project Management is a plus.
